CHILD RIGHTS FOUNDATION is an NGO driven by Zeal in the interests, love and passion for the children. It is a creative revolution set up to take up issues relating to the rights of the child and family welfare by invoking the constitutional remedies available under the law. A non-profit voluntary organization involved in providing logical solutions to promote, ensure, highlight and protect the rights of the child. The members of the foundation  devote time in bringing a social change for the betterment of the society. Our principal role is to create a bridge between the Parents and the Child.

OUR WORK

1)To protect basic fundamental rights of men, women, children and creating awareness about it.

2)To protect child rights and maintain marital and family harmony which will enable us to build a strong nation.

3)To focus on the fundamental rights of the child to be loved, guide, cared and nurtured by both the fit and willing parents even after their divorce or irrespective of their marital disputes.

4)Saving the institution of marriage and promoting shared parenting and joint custody of children so that the children are brought up in a healthy environment.

5)To safe guard interests of elders and their respect in society and discourage elder abuse through various laws and protecting elders rights and support team.

6)Pursue amendments / reforms in existing laws and legal procedures so that all sections of society enjoy equal rights for justice, irrespective of their race, age, gender, religion. To promote gender equality and reduce gender discrimination.

7)To Help State and Central Government by giving suggestions, implications about existing and new related laws in proposal state. Suggesting new ways , Guidelines and means to Government to reduce exploitation of laws.

8)To collaborate with different sections of society, other organisations which are working towards similar goals, child organisations, NGO’s, Forums, Government bodies, legal authorities etc for the betterment of Indian Society.

9)To select & declare a programme in the best interest of the child and family welfare.

10)Brainstorming and find solutions to the problems.

11)Discuss with concerned implementers & submit presentations to overcome the problem.

12)Bring all involved in solving the problem to come on common platform.

13)Ensure full creditability given to the people who are going to support implementation of the solution.

14)Seek in principle go ahead tool to resolve the problem as a showcase.

15)Generate volunteers for the project & ensure creditability for them.

16) Prepare do’s and don’ts.

17)Prepare FAQ’s

18)Launch the implementable solution for the consistent period of time.

19)Get the required information by filing applications under RTI Act.
